What comes with agency accounts.
Klimt runs as a service today, so there are no user accounts to secure. When agencies log into their own Klimt workspace, these controls ship with it, and the SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 audits are being prepared for that launch.

Do you train AI on my decks?
Never. Your guidelines, your style signature and every proposal you build stay yours. We will not use your data to train or fine-tune any AI model. Not now, not later.
Isn't building my agency profile a form of training?
No model is trained or fine-tuned on your files. Klimt reads them and keeps a style profile in your agency's private memory, which the model reads each time we run one of your briefs. It serves your agency only, and we erase it whenever you ask.
How long do you keep my documents?
As long as you work with us. Your briefs, proposals and past decks feed your agency's private memory, so Klimt learns from each pitch and gets better at yours. They are never shown to another agency or used to train a model, and we erase them whenever you ask.
Who owns the proposals Klimt creates?
Your agency does. The proposal is yours to present, edit and reuse. Klimt keeps its tools, templates and the general know-how it builds from project to project; the content of your proposals is never shown to another agency.
Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?
Not yet. Those audits apply to platforms that store client data in user accounts, and Klimt runs as a service for now. We are preparing SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 for the launch of agency accounts, and this page will be updated the day each audit is passed.

Klimt runs on Claude, Astra and Gemini, frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, chosen for understanding nuanced creative briefs, generating on-brand proposals with specific stylistic requirements, and staying consistent across long documents.
How is this safer than a generic AI tool?
